Do you offer free trials?

No, we do not offer free trials. However, we are constantly improving our algorithms 
to provide our customers the best service at a fair price.


How does Premium Support differ than Standard Support?

Premium support requests are handled with priority, and our engineering team is
on-call to support.

Standard support requests are addressed as available.

How do I get a copy of my own Trust Score report?

We understand the desire to review your own Trust Score report, and although that
feature is not yet supported, it is very important to us and it is on our product
roadmap.

How does a Trust Score compare to a credit score?

A Trust Score represents to what degree a person can be trusted with information,
while a credit score indicates the likelihood someone will repay their debts. Although
there may a correlation whereas a creditworthy person may also be trustworthy, we
have found that these two metrics are not interchangeable. We believe that both
scoring systems have their place, however our Trust Score is more versatile and
applicable to use cases far beyond the banking industry.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes, please contact us for more information. We require documentation confirming
your organization's tax exempt status, so please have that prepared.

Do you have mobile apps?

Mobile applications are currently in development and we are excited to be supporting both iOS and Android. We want to be sure that these applications are fully featured and as such, we do not have release dates to share at this time.
